Omelets
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water, milk, or cream
A good shake of salt and pepper/seasoning salt
Fillings of your choice
1. Prepare omelet fillings: Chop veggies, shred cheese. Sauté onions, ham and peppers if you wish
2. Preheat skillet to low-medium (4 on your dial).
3. Add a little butter/oil and swirl to coat.
4. With a fork, beat eggs, liquid, S&P in a glass measuring cup.
5. Pour into pre-heated skillet.
6. When eggs are nearly set (firm), add fillings on one side.
7. Loosen the edges and flip one half over the other and cook another few minutes.
