· ¼ cup butter
· ¾ cup peanut butter
· ½ cup brown sugar
· ½ cup white sugar
· 1 egg
· 1 tsp baking powder
· 1 ½ cups oatmeal
· ½ cup flour
· ½ cup chocolate chips
· ½ cup m&m's or Smarties
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, cream both butters and both sugars with electric mixer until sugar is dissolved.
3. Beat in egg.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients with spoon.
5. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto parchment-lined cookie sheets.
6. Makes 12-18 cookies.
7. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes...do not overbake.
8. If baking 2 pans at once, switch the pans at 5 minutes.
9. Wait for several minutes before removing from pans.
