Ingredients
½ cup brown sugar 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp ground cinnamon Pinch of salt 4-6 medium sized apples |
1. Core and slice apples evenly.
2. Mix with remaining ingredients in a bowl. 3. Fill pie shell and top with pie crust or lattice. 4. Bake 40-50 minutes or until apples are done and crust is brown. HINT – For faster baking time, microwave apple filling for about 10 minutes before baking. |
