Dipping Sauce
Tomatoes (enough to make 2 cups blended)
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
½ tsp salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1. Cut tomatoes into quarters and blend until smooth in the blender. Make roughly 2 cups blended tomatoes.
3. Add to a medium sauce pan and heat on medium, stirring often, lid off.
4. Mince garlic and add to tomatoes.
5. Add herbs and spices, adjust to taste.
6. Simmer until flavours have blended and sauce has thickened.
